Got it installed, would not turn on. Agent came to look at it. Needed a new board. Had to wait for that to come in. New board installed. Now it only sometimes turns on. Tried to contact Frigidaire for a new unit. Spent a couple hours trying to actually speak with a real person, only to find out I was talking to US not Canada, waiting 30 mins in hold trying to get transferred and call was then dropped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new induction cooktop when it works. Fridgaire does not supply a manual or even an easy way to download one. At times, It flashes random error codes and refuses to work. Frigidaire has no NO WAY TO LOOK UP ERROR CODES!! I am starting to think this purchase was a mistake bc of the scant help- well no help, from Frigidaire. I have had many Frigidaire appliances and loved them. With this complete lack of support and no included manual, I won’t be buying anything from them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first induction cooktop, but not our first Frigidaire Gallery cooktop. The first lasted 19+ years and still worked great; we just wanted to switch to induction. The cooktop is really easy to use, the learning curve is fast, because the cooktop is so easy to use. There's a slight buzz when a burner is on PowerBurst, but you don't have PowerBurst on for very long, so it's not an issue.
