We love the look, room and features of this model. One criticism is the narrow slot for the water dispenser is very difficult to cleanly get water into a “yeti” sized cup (its radius is too wide and doesn’t push the dispenser). When you do get it to work, it usually dribbles water down the fridge and onto the floor. However, by far our biggest issue is the lack of ice production. We went through all the troubleshooting the manual described (water pressure, water filter, temperature, check line for kinks and leaks, etc.) to no avail. We tried the “Freeze Boost” button for multiple days in a row; it seemed to help a bit, but we learned all it does is temporarily lower the freezer temp by 5°. So we programmed the freezer 6° colder permanently. Still not good. Finally, we called for a service tech. A very friendly and professional tech from Electrolux/Frigidaire just left. He confirmed all the troubleshooting we had done including checking the temp, which was a steady -6°. He left saying it is functioning as it should despite the lack of production (he saw what was there after 31 hours prior to his arrival). We have owned and still own multiple refrigerators and none produce ice this slowly. Attached picture of our total production after 31 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The over all fridge has been great. The maker is a pain, I had to figure out how attach it to the top of the freezer, the off on switch is hidden and hard to find with out crawling in the freezer compartment.
