[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the design and French door layout. Water in the door gives a clean look to the outside, and the taste is great. The ice maker is well placed, but at this point it seems to make ice a little on the slow side. Time will tell if we use it faster than it is made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. The fridge is good and the conversion drawer is awesome - seems to be cooler than the large freezer drawer. The “ snack” spaces are pretty useless.

We purchased this refrigerator in the fall of 2024. It failed less than two years later, and we have now been without a working refrigerator for three weeks while waiting on a part from the out-of-warranty service provider. When we remodeled our kitchen last year, we bought an entire suite of Frigidaire appliances, and I purchased the extended warranty specifically to avoid a situation like this. That has not helped. A major appliance should not fail this quickly, and a three-week outage while parts are sourced is an unreasonable burden on a household. I regret extending any further business to Frigidaire. This level of reliability and support is unacceptable.
