Amazing!

At the first time of use, the washer center tub became tilted. Trying to schedule service but this app is so inconvenient to get a service scheduled

It works fine, it takes longer to wash because of the capacity, otherwise it's good.

This machine is absolutely the worst I’ve ever used. It is amazing how little regard the designers of this machine have for users. The machine does not thoroughly wet clothes. Even a single sweatshirt washed alone came out after a full cycle with dry areas that were not washed. Also it is very very noisy. No real delicate setting—all clothes come out with presses in wrinkles. Now, the machine is broken after using it for 3 years. It is now grating and shedding plastic into the clothes.

We recently purchased this unit as a replacement, the steel disk at the back of the dryer was bent and clothes and linens would catch on it, twist and break, the plastic framing for the lent trap had also began falling off the door (it was not more n 5 years old). The drum has many openings where clothes are still getting caught to twist and break ruining the item. i have not had the replacement 2 weeks and just had to untwist an item stuck in one of these small openings. perhaps some sort of covering could be placed over these spaces to prevent this. We thought we had remedied the issue with a new unit only to find it's still going to be a problem.

Excellent washer and dryer. Easy to use. Simple controls to operate. Easy to install.

It fits in a small place. Washes and Dries clothes well.

As its name, it is a space maker. Very convenient for the small space in the condo.

We had this installed in our house so that all of our needs would be able to be met on the 1st floor. The stackable combination allowed minimal renovations to an existing, spare bedroom closet. It is quiet, washes well and dries well. Being a member of the "old school", the only complaint I have is that about the way water is added, and it is a two-fold complaint, and a minor one at that. First, I do not like that I am unable to have the water added to an empty washer, allowing me to add liquid detergent to mix with the running water BEFORE adding the clothes. Secondly, I do not like that I do not get to choose the amount of water per load. The "water adding sensor" feature determines the amount of water per load. I'd rather that I got to determine how much water my load of laundry requires. It is a minor inconvenience for what is other wise, so far, an excellent machine that performs yeoman's service to meet our needs.

I LOVE THIS LITTLE WASHER DRYER COMBO! UNFOTUNATELY THE FIRST SET I HAD ONLY LASTED 5 1/2 YEARS BEFORE THE FINAL SPIN CYCLE BROKE AND COULDN'T BE FIXED.
