Didn't work, had to have the company come out and fix it. Took them over a month and multiple visits

GE appliances are the best. This dryer has all of the features we wished for.

A great dryer! Easy to use, looks nice, and dries well. Has a slight clanking sound when drying that goes away when I press on the front casing of the dryer. Seems something isn't totally fastened correctly in there.

Loving it so far. Drys quick. Tells your phone when it is done. Easy install very large and quiet.

Owned this dryer a little over 2 years and it started making a rhythmic thumping noise while drying. Looked inside and found the drum had a big crack in it on the back where it contacts the rollers. Looking up the parts to repair are almost half the cost of the dryer not including labor with no guarantee the same thing won't happen again. Into the landfill it went. Between this and the equally bad matching washer that got thrown out 4 months ago this will be my last GE appliance. GE quality has definitely gone downhill in recent years.
