At first glance the product appears to be convenient. What happened is they loaded it up with wifi-enabled garbage and forgot to make an actual quality laundry machine. Product does not dry well at all. Glad we kept our old dryer. The filter you are supposed to clean is less than 1" off the floor unless you buy the optional stand and the directions to clean it don't resolve the error codes. Multiple parts get clogged and are hard to clean. Basically, we've had the machine less than a year and it fails to reliably function as advertised and if I can get rid of it under consumer protection laws I'm going to. The amount of water I've had to sop off my floor tonight with towels is completely unacceptable. I've generated more laundry than the machine has cleaned. Tomorrow I'll attempt to get a tech to come fix it. I'm sure that will be a fun process.

This is the worst purchase we’ve ever made! I would give this zero stars, but you have to give it at least one. Funny enough I came on here by scan g the QR code because the buttons are malfunctioning and tonight it stopped working all together. At first, we thought it’d be a great idea to save time… I could put a load in and then in a couple hours it’s done. It definitely can NOT keep up with a family of five there’s no folding while a load is drying- not machines fault just the issue having a washer/dryer. So that can be figured out, but you’re doing a load every day. Second of all it takes four hours to dry a load of towels. It makes ALL the clothes super wrinkly if you don’t get them out right away. And the worst problem it collects giant balls of lint and there is ZERO easy ways to get it out!! My husband tried to get the micro band off to collect the lint that was stuck in there ended up, pulling off the entire front of the washer/dryer. FYI damp lint starts to stink after while! Do not purchase! Waste of money!!

I have used this product for about 3 years and love it. I have recently stop the drying cycle 10-20 minutes before the end and each time my clothes were perfectly dry. And I don't mean slightly humid. GE should add a less dry setting in the next software/firmware update.

I absolutely hate my husbands washer and dryer and would not recommend this to anyone. I want to let people know how awful it is. The lint gets stuck in the back even if you change the filter and it takes forever to dry no matter what. I have Never cussed at a washer dryer like I have this one. Also for all this money you think you could turn on dry mode but you cannot just turn on dry from your phone NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

We've only had the washer/dryer working a couple of weeks, but so far so good. It is quiet, efficient, and the larger capacity is very helpful with large loads: sheets, towels, etc.
