I can’t review the product other than to say the hardware was not sufficiently strong for the weight of the unit. Since we did not actually install it, that was single observation, other than it’s modern design was appealing. Surpringly, Wayfair did not honour its commitment to accept a return, but my credit card company investigated and refunded me. It took several weeks of back and forth dead end conversations with a Wayfair manager; and unfortunately amounted to the worst client service experience I’ve had with Wayfair. I’ll certainly think twice about ever purchasing from Wayfair in the future.

The anchors that hold the microwave up are very weak and not strong enough for how heavy it is ! Bought this microwave and had it professionally installed and it let go causing the whole microwave to break! Waste of money for what I paid, it has only been up for a short period of time ( 3 months ).

Lovely OTR microwave. However, buyers beware that if installing with 15 cabinets, you also need a bump out kit, which I didnt see mentioned anywhere till I opened the template that comes in the microwave box. This added part at an extra 100 is proving hard to find. May need to return the microwave

Still early but seems to be working fine. Looks very sleek. Control buttons are on the bottom of the door and can be hard to read at some times of the day.
