I've had this fridge for 3 years. It's pretty, it keeps your food cool. That's about all the positives. This thing is wayyy too expensive for what it is. Buy it if you own a vacation home, you don't need to use the freezer daily, or you just don't cook a lot in general. DON'T buy it if you're the average human that likes to prepare meals at home. Cons: - The freezer drawers SUCK!!!!!! They were not designed to hold a lot of weight. As soon as you start filling the drawer, it becomes too heavy and falls off the "track" which then becomes a pain in the a$$ to put back in. (I cracked the top freezer drawer doing this). 2. The paint scuffs. Maybe that's our fault for storing a KitchenAid right next to the fridge. But just know to be cautious. 3. Anything stored toward the back of the fridge gets icy. 4. You can't store any tall things on the bottom shelf unless you remove the middle shelf entirely. So say goodbye to buying gallons of milk unless you want to instead say goodbye to another shelf in an already tiny fridge. All in all, I CAN'T recommend this unit. Eventually we'll upgrade and this will become a drinks & snack fridge for our media room. I give this 2 stars because it runs and hasn't broken down, but it's not worth the price tag.

Really enjoy this fun retro fridge!

Although we really enjoy the color, finish, size and shape of this bisque refrigerator, and it keeps the food cold and fresh, and frozen food frozen, there are two significant issues: (1) it is (of course) a self-defrosting refrigerator, and ice builds up underneath the bottom freezer drawer, makes the bottom drawer harder to pull out, and the water spills out across the kitchen floor when it "defrosts" that ice under that bottom drawer (have never had a fridge do that); (2) The iio website provides a phone number on its website (giving impression customer service can be reached), but that number is fake; when you call it, there is a recording of a man stating that they do NOT take phone calls and you must email them. There are two email addresses, one "info" and one "service". I have emailed both several times, and neither ever receive a reply. They do not respond to emails, and will not take calls. I read a review where someone said they never heard back, and I proceeded. I asked a question to customer support/info shortly after my purchase and they do not answer that number and state you must email, and they never replied to emails plural. I then reached out when the ice started building up under the fridge, and water spreading out across the floor after less than a year of usage, and their voice greeting states that they do not take calls and you must email, but they do NOT reply at all to any emails. I then asked Wayfair to reach out to them, to ask them to contact me, and Wayfair reached out twice to them, and iio has never responded.

This refrigerator is amazing in our basement apartment! It has a nice sized freezer storage space too. Stylish and works great!
