This thing took FOREVER to arrive, but we knew that would be the case. It delayed home construction - the pandemic and supply chain issues to blame. Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. We haven't installed it yet, waiting for the plumber to get here - so I can't comment on the functionality

Looks Amazing… it took a while for it to be delivered but the product looks fantastic.

Product is great, the range is everything we hoped it would be. This is a quality European professional range that is extremely well-made & classically styled with great functionality and produces great results. Customers should be very careful about shipping. We had problems with the shipping of our unit and Wayfair dropped the ball several times on getting the product in transit. Fortunately, they did compensate us generously for the many issues we had with delivery. Wayfair often have 1-2 of these units in stock (which is what we ordered) but these get gobbled up VERY quick. If you order one that isn't in stock it will take many months to arrive, which isn't Wayfair's fault (as long as they communicate effectively) but actually part of the global supply chain problem.

The range is gorgeous, better than I expected. Haven't installed it yet, anxious to do so. There was some damage during shipment to some of the accessories, and we're working with Ilve to get replacements.

so handsome I call him Romeo, from Italy!
