Love these, they work so well. I purchased off brand and defiantly not the same thing. Can't go wrong with the name brand on this item.

Easy to order and fit the roomba perfectly

The j7+ just leaves clumps of dog fur all over my carpet. Plus the green rollers have worn out. Very disappointed.

My grandparents gifted me this when we bought our house. I've had this iRobot for about 3 years and we love it!! I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews. But this device is worth the 5 star rating! I'm going to buy one for the 2nd floor!

Two months and brushes are done , very cheap rubber brushes

I've had a Roomba i7 for more than a year and a half, and it is an outstanding vacuum. I love the mapping and scheduling features. Although I have the incredible time saving CleanBase automatic empty, I still remove and clean the dust bin, edge brushes, filter and roller brushes at least once a week. That stated, I ordered and installed new roller brushes about 3 weeks ago, and [ugh] one of the brushes already needs to be replaced -- maybe a manufacturing defect(?). The "Robot Health" feature indicates the brushes have about 280 hours of life remaining; clearly that is not accurate.

Things were working great until I replaced the brushes with OEM product. Now goes for 2 minutes and says brush error. I have cleaned this to where you could eat off it. Stupid me but I tossed the originals.

I love the irobot series 7 that we own. We have had it for years and it does a great job keeping our hardwood and carpets clean, especially with a dog that sheds. That being said I have must agree with the other reviews on this page. Out of nowhere we began getting brush error messages. Each time I take out both brushes, clean them (most times they do not need cleaned and try to run the vacuum again, only to get the exact same error message in a matter of minutes. I have done all of the recommended testing on the app and still the same result. When you pay this much money for something and do all of the routine/suggested maintenance to ensure its proper operation, this is beyond frustrating to say the least. I am now getting ready to order my 3rd set of replacement brushes simply because I don't know what else to try. Please fix this problem for your customers and consumers who rely on this product to consistently operate as it should.

Animal hair sliced the brushes as if they were spinning on a razor blade. Clean through and through. At the price of these rollers you would assume getting a tad more than two months use. I would not recommend any unit that utilizes these "brushes" to anybody that has a pet.
