The 120lbs/24H commercial ice machine is a good working machine. It looks exactly like the picture. I was a little disappointed that I order one that had a 2way water filter. That you could use your 5 gallon water bottles as a water source. Picture and description said that. When I got it, it was not the right one. It had also been damaged some. Wayfair customer service quickly ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent the same(wrong one) again. We decided to just keep it and figure out a different spot to keep it. I really wanted the water source to be our culligan water. Our county water is terrible. That’s why we ordered that particular one. Oh well, back to the drawing board. This one looks good, it is smaller than one we ordered, works well. All items come with it. Which makes it easy to install.

I received a completely different item. It is not even the same brand. The item I received doesn’t have an option for a water jug so not “free standing” at all. it doesn’t have a clear screen and requires professional plumber to install a waterline. This is not what I ordered and will be working with Wayfair to hopefully resolve this.
