Broken and missing pieces as soon as we open the package things and screws started falling out immediately

Nice hood, quiet operation, bright lights!

Solid quality and relatively easy install. Took a couple hours to complete install solo. Blows away the hoods from the big box stores, if anything this is inexpensive comparatively.

BEWARE With only my third use I had loud metal on metal sound on the left fan…after a few more uses the right fan also had scraping noise. The company had an email address only…their solution was for me to take it apart a do an adjustment. After several videos proving to them there was a problem, they sent me a video of a man speaking Chinese while adjusting the fan blades!! I worked on it some more. This only helped one fan…the other still had metal noise. When I said they should send me a new one…he asked for my Wayfair invoice which I provided 3x but it was always “blurry”. My family member works with Chinese factories/manufacturing and as he tells it this is a very common tactic to avoid dealing with a replacement/return. On a positive note it does look good.

Took a few handy guys some time to install but once it was in and running, has performed very well and looks great. The high speed level of fan is a noisy one but does the job with smoke if you cook high heat.
