We purchased this 48" hood to accompany the 48" range. It works so well - whenever I have it on - you have to really push to open the front door to the house! Any odors, steam, etc is gone!! We put it to the test with bacon the second night- no lingering odors of bacon - even though that would not be a bad thing -!! Cannot say enough great things about this hood- would highly recommend
