This is very quiet compared to our last dishwasher! Love the 3rd rack at the top for small flat items...very roomy too.

Washes very well, very quiet and enjoy the self-opening door during the drying cycle. Have run three cycles so far since it was installed. However the bottom rack especially when loaded falls off the ridge/guide when rolling it back in. Basket drops into basin hitting washing arms, you have to lift it up and out to try and reset it back in, only to have it drop again. Very finicky to get it to go back in correctly. It's a major drawback. Would not recommend until they engineer it differently.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have been using this dishwasher for over a month now, here are my thoughts. It was easy to install, the instructions were very straightforward. The smudge free finish is amazing! No more finger prints!! The racks hold lots of dishes. This dishwasher setup is by far the best setup I have had. It fit perfectly under my counter. I really enjoy the buttons being on the top of the door. The LG app is also handy, I especially liked that you could download different tunes for it! I find that it washes really well, I have tested a few fairly dirty items and they have all come out clean. I do find it a little louder than my previous dishwasher.

I just installed the new LG dishwasher!! These are my first impressions after an initial wash. The installation was relatively smooth. It took longer than expected because we had to repair our floor underneath. I used auto cycle, and everything came out clean. I did notice that the plastic items had no residue. The machine runs very quietly. I compared it to my previous machine. The washing cycle itself is quite silent. The drain cycle, however, is slightly louder than my old machines, you can hear the sucking and squelching. But to be fair, I was sitting right next to the machine doing the observation. Overall, I would say it is quiet, and the actual washing cycle is very quiet, which is most important. The rack layout is a highlight for me. There are three levels, including a shallow top rack for knives and other long utensils. The adjustable metal rack makes room for extra tall drinkware. I was so excited to see the door open automatically for air drying when I checked the next morning though the dishes were better than I expected. I haven’t explored all the settings yet so I plan to try the extra dry option next time and see how it compares. My only complaint initially here is the door. The latch is is a bit loud and tough to open, which makes you feel like you could break it. I’m gonna trust that it will not break. So far, I am pleased with the cleaning quiet operation of flexible racks. I’d love to give a six month update once I’ve used more of the functions. I would like to see how it handles routine, internal particle handling, cleaning and maintenance. That would give potential buyers a better picture of every day ownership and durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is one of the best thing i ever had. It cleans my dishes so nice that there is nothing dirt left. It doesnot need more space and reliable. It controls the waterflow and leaves a light on when it is running.
