I am happy about the product but not about the delivery. I needed it delivered a day earlier when I had my home movers here, but they wouldn't accommodate me even though it was here in Calgary. When I ordered the freezer it said that delivery would be around September 2 but It was delivered on September 9th one day after my move date. If Wayfair had been honest the said that it wouldn't be here by that time, I would have ordered from someone else.

It appears to be a good appliance. I have it in my garage. There are subzero temperatures in winters, it gets pretty hot in the summers, works well!

We have been happy with our freezer purchase. Perfect size for us, keeps all we need frozen and many organizational storge configurations for our families needs.

Lovely small chest freezer - purchased 5 1/2 years ago. Works very well, 4 baskets are much appreciated. We actually ordered 3 additional baskets and are very grateful for the organizational flexibility they provide. We are actually considering a 2nd purchase. It's positioned next to the refrigerator, and we are constantly opening/closing the freezer to retrieve whatever item is on the daily menu. We bought the freezer on line (not seen in person). Chose it for the size, # of baskets, simplicity and COLOR. Love the color; don't like white freezers.
