This product came to me with severe damage to the bottom vent. I will not give this a good review until I receive replacement parts and I am sure that the product will be like new. Update: I received a totally new unit and it was EXACTLY THE SAME, the front vent was damaged. I even emailed the product manufacturer to request a vent. They were not responsive either. Do not buy this product.

Works well. A little noisy while running but a great dual zone unit. We use it at our Butlers Pantry.
