Great suction. That's what counts. Easy to maneuver. The canister is a bit heavier than I expected, but quite manageable. I like the fact that it uses hepa bags. I bought this for my house, not commercial use. I have smooth floors throughout and a very tight woven carpet runner in the stairs. The accessories are a good variety. All and all, just what I was looking for. I've scene these in some buildings and have ways wanted one. Cheaper than a lot of household vacuums like Miele for instance. And just as good or even better performance for a canister style vacuum.

This vacuum is exactly what I needed. There are lots of adjustments you can make for height and suction, it’s easy to set up, and maneuvers easily.

Love Henry vacuums! I bought 2 and this one will be my basementdirty jobs vacuum. Three suction is great and he’s super quiet. Definitely recommend some of the aftermarket attachments talked about on Reddit.

Great suction, long cord, easy to maneuver and very adorable! The lack of a brush roll option is my only complaint, I think this would improve the pick up on hardwood but it’s still a great purchase.
