This has been the worst buying experience ever! The range hood and chimney duct arrived without any mounting bracket. We called Proline and they shipped a new package with the mounting bracket. BUT no hardware for it. I called the company and asked for the mounting hardware to be overnighted to us, and offered that I pay for the next-day fees. The operator states the owner of the company does not allow for any packages to go out even if customer is willing to pay for it. So we're waiting another week for a few screws, nuts and bolts to arrive. After looking into it closer I realized the duct transition piece is missing too. And the chimney hardware as well. ZERO stars is what this product and Proline deserves.
