My parents loveeeeeeeeee this refrigerator especially the touchscreen. The various apps included like Youtube, Ring and Pandora are great. There was a mishap with the installationhaul away but Wayfair fixed the issue in a timely manner.

Finally !! It’s literally took 8mths and 3 stores later to get my fridge ! I didn’t have a fridge for mths got ACS case and all reached out to Samsung for help but nothing fridge finally came and it came damage I got 150 back wow and I have a 3200 bill from door dash fridge is beautiful and all but not worth all the drama I went through Samsung customer service was horrible and I went threw all my savings they didn’t care I got a ACS for not having fridge during pandemic they didn’t care I was running out of money from ordering out food instead I get a damage fridge ! They didn’t care I almost had my kids taken for not having a fridge I send documents and all to Samsung but they didn’t care sad but true !
