Hotte sous l'armoire 30 po Samsung NK30N7000US/AA

The range hood looks great -- in the box. However, Wayfair sold me an installation service along with the hood and after many rounds with chats, texts, and calls to Wayfair's installation partners and Wayfair, it turns out that the installation service does not exist for range hoods. VERY disappointing.

This range is advertised with wi-fi connectivity, which is a flat-out lie. It uses Bluetooth to connect to a range that has wi-fi connectivity, meaning if your range does not have Bluetooth, you just bought an overpriced, normal hood with no connectivity and no cool features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, it works great. Installed the hood and it takes away the cooking smoke and clears the air fast

Buyer beware this only is able to connect to a range. IT DOES NOT HAVE WIFI. I am hoping this takes away any other potential buyers problems. All I have gotten is support telling me yes I am correct it does not have wifi. It does not function with the SmartThings app as the app doesn't support the model. Look at other smart home range hoods if you want to connect it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this goes great with all of our Samsung kitchen appliances, great ventilation, lighting and easy to clean. Unfortunately the Bluetooth doesn’t connect and it doesn’t have the Samsung smart connection to make it more convenient and efficient for our new smart home.
