Terrible purchasing experience. Over a month delayed with no explanation. No real attempt to resolve or compensate for their "false advertising". Terrible customer service, especially with one individual who was a manager. Worst online shopping experience. Beware!

Been looking for a convection cooktop for a while and I found one on Wayfair. Customer service on Wayfair was great but the delivery company they used was awful -XPO delivery- the box was open and because it's very heavy they dragged it on the floor, so was all dirty and damaged was afraid that the glass would be broken.

I absolutely can not wait to get this installed so I can test out the 1 minute power boil

Buffer issue that drops the final start is the cooktop shuts off to quickly. In the process of removing one ingredient from the pan to add the next ingredient (less than a min), cooktop will have shut off the burner and the entire cooktop.
