It makes you question whether it’s a heat pump thing, but it’s not. It’s a Samsung thing. Right from the dude wearing the mask in the pics in 2025, this product is plagued with issues, and you want nothing to do with it. It doesn’t work. However, if you enjoy comparing the drying time clothes in a dryer to simply laying clothes to dry on the floor, then this dryer is for you!

Wish I would have checked the online reviews of this dryer before purchase. Drier is less than a year old, broke down once, was repaired and now has a stale, musty smell that we can't get rid of. There are obvious design and reliability issues.
