Super unhappy!! Very hard to turn on. One of the burners does not work all the time . And the latest was it cracked. I woke up one morning and saw it. Since it was new I called Samsung and now they tell us this dangerous crack is just cosmetic. Though the manual tells you not to use it if it cracks. You could cut your finger on the glass. How can you buy new and they not warranty it! We did call a service guy too who tried to argue with them. We will not buy Samsung again. The warranty means nothing. I am going to call Wayfair next to see if they can help us. The guy on the phone said they do not crack unless you take a hammer to them. We barely use it. I never cook. Really unbelievable! Do not buy this and do not buy Samsung!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautifull coocktop We use it on a dedicated 240 breaker Heats up a big pot of water soooo fast!!! And same for pans to stir fry or fry an egg!!! Reccomended for whoever wants the best quality and a cool sleek modern design and likes to cook.. I love to cook home and I’m Italian so I do real real food and this coocktop is very good!!! You can even leave stuff going while you leave cause there’s features that stops the heat if water drips on the coocktop.. and of course no gas to burn your house down!!! 5 stars I would give 6 if it was possible
