This dryer was purchased by me to replace the one I purchased a year and a half ago that was no longer under warranty. The issues with the previous one was that it no longer heated up to dry the clothes. The new unit was delivered on 1/11/26. On 1/21/26 I contacted technical support because the same issue had begun with the new dryer. They finally sent an appliance tech on 2/5/26. The tech could find nothing wrong with the motor, fan, thermostat or heating element. His conclusion was that the dryer is just not functioning as it should and there is nothing to fix. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I do not want a replacement just to have this happen again. I am done with Equator. To return this item to Texas is a mute point because they do not take returns according to Paul Smith who I spoke to yesterday. They do not offer refunds which I am fighting as the product does not function as expected or advertised. So now I will have 2 dryers and one washer (previously replaced while under warranty) to start my Equator lawn sculpture. I recommend you seriously reconsider your promotion of this companies appliances.

So far this dryer is exactly as advertised and performs well. Still learning what cycles to use, but is easy to operate, fits perfectly in our 5th wheel and is far superior to the unit we replaced which cost 50% more and broke belts every 9 months.

Works great! We’ve installed this vented dryer in our RV. Loads take about an hour and half to dry. I’m quite happy with this unit.

Real nice product super quiet it does vibrate a little bit, but not too bad or maybe I should say it’s shakes a little bit
