We just got it and so far it’s been working well It looks good and it fits in the spot that we had above the stove. I’m very pleased with it.

I love this microwave! I designed my kitchen to use this over-the-counter (NOT range) microwave 20 years ago. It fits in the space of a 24" cabinet and frees up counter space. We recently updated our appliances to stainless steel, and I ordered this one to replace the original black one.

The best microwave in it's class, built-in with 1.5 cu. ft. My previous microwave was also Sharp which lasted me over 10 years, I am hoping the same from this one. It has perfect menu options, gets started with just 1 button click.

It was advertised as an over the range microwave but is actually a counter model. We mounted it over the range so will see how it does. Very disappointed with responses to my queries.

On my second unit. Issues with mounting parts....wayfair is making it happen though. Great customer service!

We love it! We actually had the same exact one for about 10-12 years and it finally gave out and we wanted to get the same one because it worked well for us over the years..Lucky Wayfair had it and got it to us quickly!

It's a great microwave but it's actually over the counter and not countertop. Returned it for that reason. Customer service was wonderful as always -so accommodating, easy and you get a live person to assist - resolved in less than 5 mins.
