Placing the order was a struggle, eventuating in a supervisor getting physically involved. NOT the CSR's fault! Attempts at ordering the night before had my new debit card rejected by your system 3 times, twice before contacting my bank to see if there had been a security hold placed on it and once after being assured by my bank the problem was NOT in the bank's system. When ordering the next day, your system would not accept my CCV code from the back of my card so it took me over 1/2 hour to place the order. The order arrived 1 day early, which was great. The box had been damaged (perforated and torn) in two places which concerned me, possibly by a forklift, and I photographed the damage before opening the box. The delivery company (FedEx) left this heavy, awkward box on a detached garage's apron about 100' from my back door. Upon opening the box, I was relieved to find that the exterior damage did NOT transfer to the contents and the Microwave was undamaged.

I am very satisfied with this purchase - the inside is vey large and it is quite easy to use! It is also very quiet when running and that is good is you have an incoming phone call. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a large cubic foot microwave - consider purchasing this particular model and brand!

This is a classic design that can blend into any kitchen. Simple to operate. Not too many confusing buttons. Has optional trim kit for built in option, the only bad thing is the trim kit costs more than the microwave.
