Fabulous! 1) perfect crunch size! Finally! 2ldoesnt keep ice chilled so I kept bagging and freezing. 3) someone complained ice was wet. Well yes. Its physics. The smaller surface area means it will melt fast than large ice cubes. It has a drain. It just recycles it to make more. And I noticed depending on the temp of the house it makes the machine work harder but again, it doesnt have a keep frozen feature. So yes its wetter ice and the bottom but all the ice on top isnt. 4) turn it off at night to give it a break. It stops when put of water or full so ur just burning up electricity for no reason. So far we love it!! Perfect ration to my drinks and has that sound we love of the ice in the cup that makes us want a drink outside hehe. Will pay for itself in no time!. I did notice the box isnt marked Simzlife. Idk if thats how they are. Or im missing their name somewhere but they have a good rep so far. And fraction of price of Opal plus better overall rating on reliability.

The ice is absolutely amazing. It is very easy to operate. I love it. The best thing I have bought in while. I would highly recommend to my friends or anyone as matter a fact.

Im very happy with this ice maker. It makes ice fast and it creates the sonic ice which my family loves. I wish it was a bit more quiet other than that its great!

I love this ice machine. It makes the ice really quickly and I love the small size of the cubes. The setup instructions were clear and easy to follow. We have been using it for four days now and averyone loves the small cubes and how quick it make the ice.
