Edit - finally got this to work without melting ice, but can only get it to work if using only one of the two ice drawers on the top position. Contractor also had to modify cabinets to leave a large 2 inch gap between the top of the unit and the countertop to get more airflow to keep it from overheating and melting the ice and the front grill part on the bottom was defective. Contractor had to manually make slits bigger on the bottom grill to improve airflow. Unit does not keep ice frozen (and specifically says in the manual that it is not a refrigerator ) It just continually lets ice melts and makes more but we have yet to run out of ice with our family of 5. Also, I wish the doors handle was reversible like many of the other units that are similar Wayfair‘s customer service offered zero help when we couldn’t get the unit to work initially- we had purchased it not knowing that our remodel would get behind schedule and we would not immediately be able to hook it up and try it out . When we took it out of the box and called for assistance, they refused to help us with the defective parts saying instead that they would send us more information on the product and then sent us information on a different item that we ordered. Three stars for this product - zero stars for Wayfair customer service.

This thing is ok, gave it 4-stars instead of 5 because it comes with 2 drawers, but the bottom one needs to remain out to ensure the water can drain properly.

Great price. Awesome unit. I bought the warranty just in case. I've purchased ice makers from Wayfair before and have used the warranty each time. They are great to deal with but it give piece of mind on a unit that is vital in our house.
