I brought this to upgrade to a bigger deep freezer. The deep freezer that I have now is a 5.0 I bought this 7.0 and it is way smaller than my 5.0 and then I try to return it and it’s nonrefundable. Very disappointing! And then when I tried to contact someone and customer support, they sent me a text and I can’t even return the text. It says it says not delivered.

It is much smaller than I expected but it works well. Doesn’t take much space at all.
