Looks great, can’t wait to plug it in.

The phone number on the Instruction Manual is disconnected. Only one of the four leveling legs could be installed. There are no threads on the right front hole and the two holes at the rear are partially covered by a metal plate, making it impossible to insert the legs. The manual clearly reads that the fridge must be level to operate properly. So, I used furniture sliders and a level. The instructions for installing the door handle are unclear. The picture shows a lever being lifted up, there is no lever. Contacted Wayfair. They gave me another number for Tittla that rings five times and disconnects. Called back and was on the phone 50 minutes to be told I should call someone on Angie's List. Haven't plugged it in yet, waiting the 24 hours. But, my expectations at this point are pretty low.

My delivery was excellent the two men moved item with care and placed the item exactly where I indicated. It was hot but they did an excellent job

Ordering was easy, delivery great. We did pay extra to have the cooler put into the house in our den. Cooled down very quickly and holds the temperature. It does not hold 172 bottles but we knew that going in. Bottles are different sizes. Very happy with our purchase.

Great wine fridge. Fits large bottles on all shelves, including champagne bottles. Worked perfectly to get our wine collection organized.
