My folks bought me this cool new tech. Microwave for my birthday as a kitchen addition. Unfortunately it didnt work from the get go.... no heat and throws an e-5 code a keeps running after time expires.

It's a very nice looking microwave, but is user unfriendly. It requires multiple steps to do even the simplest tasks. My wife found it impossible to use, and I had to be reading the manual to perform operations that should have been simple. Toshiba should try these things out on real people before they put them into production.

The Unit is 17 months old. It Caught Fire while running Smoked Previous was a Sharp.. It ran successfully for 20 years Very Unhappy

LIke all the other reviews, it's not user friendly, but most importantly it broke down completely after only 18 months of light use.

I just ordered this microwave and received it yesterday. I went to use it today and noticed the turntable doesn't turn. Not happy with this product.

Stopped working a month in, does not heat anything! Highly disappointed.

This unit stopped heating after just over a year, and OF COURSE the warranty was only a year so was completely useless. Support told us to try a different outlet LOL. Spend a but more to get something reliable. Steer clear of this and maybe the brand overall.

Like all other reviews here, I would not recommend this microwave. The lightbulb is flickering after 1.5 Years. It's out of warranty. Spending $100 for a microwave that lasts 1.5 Years is unacceptable. This is the quickest microwave that died that I've ever used. I would avoid this.

So I have had this microwave for about 2 year and 1 month now. It was under 1 year manufacturer warranty and my credit card provides an additional extended year's coverage. But alas, it failed right after that. Terribly disappointed. Life of a gently microwave shouldn't be 2 years.
