It works, it made waffles ice and super fast we love it.. just the ice get watery fast, maybe it need to put cold temperature. But otherwise super cute it works for the drinks

This ice machine was smaller than I thought it would be when I ordered it. However my issue with this machine is the whole reason I selected this one is because I live in an apt and so I am not able to have a drain installed for the gravity drain and this specific machine states in the description that the drain was included and that it in fact states it is a drain pump drain thats the reason I bought it. Then I get the machine and there is no pump drain it is a gravity drain which I cant use. However it even states in the user manual to contact them if you need a suitable drain pump to contact them via email or phone but no one ever answers the phone. I emailed them and received a response that I am wrong about the machine having a drain pump and that it was to be included because none of their ice machines have drain pumps only gravity drains so they are not able to help me. They were absolutely no help they should not be allowed to sell in Wayfair any longer for false advertisement. I use the ice for pain management while I wait to have surgery and for recovery during PT after surgery so now Im without an ice machine having to buy ice every other day is not suitable all because of their lies.
