Don't buy this item (if it's even in stock - and don't wait for it to be in stock either). The first one I received had a manufacturer defect - the clock was slow (like another person mentioned in a review) but the range hood worked fine. After a short call to Wayfair, they replaced the range hood for me free of charge and gave me a discount because I had to pay to have another one installed - so 5 stars for customer service. Unfortunately the second one I have received has the same defect and since it is already installed, there is nothing I can do about it except black out the clock. Thankfully, Way fair customer service is very accommodating but its still a shoddily made appliance to be avoided at all costs.

Hi there, in regards to my order #2420442905 (Vesta 800 CFM Wall Mount Range Hood), I'm very unsatisfied with the product. It looked like a great product and now that my contractor has fully installed it and left, the clock on it runs too fast. I keep resetting the clock and it still runs faster than normal clock time. I asked my contractor and he's going to charge me $500 to uninstall it and reinstall a new one. At this point I will not be returning it but I'd like to see if there is any recommendation on what I should do to fix this huge inconvenience for my family and myself.

Price was incredible, the fan was delivered within 3 days and it looks great. Can hardly wait to install it.
