Very nice hood range! The hands free feature is great when you’re cooking. The color black matched perfectly with my black appliances. I would say the noise from the fan is tolerable, on high it’s obviously louder,

Efficient and quiet! Your hand can control the vent or fingers. Works great with our Thor 6 burner gas oven.

Finally got this installed in my kitchen and it looks great. However, the motion sensing does not work. I have tried EVERYTHING (read every manual and watched all videos) and for some reason it will not activate. At this point I am outside of my return window so I guess I will have to deal with it. But I recommend testing this feature out as soon as you get the unit and before you install it.

Beautiful and quiet! Unit was fairly easy to install as this was a replacement for a 20 year old hood that had died. The "wax on, wax off" for fan speed didn't work well in test but needed to get it up. Issue persisted after install so I emailed support. The buttons and remote work perfectly. I was sent a video link on where your hand needs to be while swiping. This failed to resolve and I was asked to send a picture of the build sticker. Support confirmed the issue and are sending a replacement control board. It would be nice if the how to swipe video and any other manufacturer video, was included in the sales page or emailed on confirmation of purchase. The other issue I ran into was the sale price change. I bought the unit as an early Black Friday sale and then found that the price actually dropped further on Black Friday. Support offered to reimburse the difference and followed through! Thank you Emma with Dalxo \ IKTCH support! That said, in the future I will wait until Black Friday before making a large purchase like this in the future. (I would have leveled up to the one with 4 lights and better baffles.) Bottom line - This is a beautiful hood and far quieter than the previous Zephyr with a lower CFM. I am very happy with the hood and the interaction with Dalxo \ IKTCH support. Emma is outstanding!

I ordered this stainless steel hood for my chefs kitchen, and it is beyond high-quality. It converted the space where I had a microwave into looking like a top of the line area. I will be sure to purchase other items by Kitch.
