The big problem with this unit is the shipping. I ordered the first one and it came in so badly damaged that it was unusable. Internally, the motor housing broke away from the unit shattering the 6" exhaust duct plus it was dented in the corner. Wayfair and the Mfg tried to stand behind the unit and shipped a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, that was dented in the exact same location as the first unit, though this motor housing is intact. I am selling this house and cannot have a dented unit as the focal point. Everything else about the unit is great and it is really nice looking if not damaged. I am stuck now trying to find a unit locally, so I can inspect it first. It looks like many other brands use the same packing method which may or may not hold up to regular shipping methods.

The description matched it's performance. This unit was twice as quieter than our old one. I love how you can wave your hand in front of it to turn it on.
