I bought this to replace my huge toaster oven since I recently received an air fryer. It’s really cute. It’s small that goes with my decor. The toasting is just fine however, I noticed when I push the lever down to toast it does not always grab and I have to play with it a little bit that would be my only criticism otherwise it serves a great purpose

1 star for pretty case. 0 stars for quality. Began to malfunction on day 1. Toast basket stayed down about 1 in 4 tries. Totally failed by day 2. Wouldn't even toast while physically holding down basket. Expected better.. Thought reviews looked good. Questioning truthfulness of West Bend in posting reviews. Don't waste your money.

Beautiful but thought it was metal. The toaster although a different texture of gold still matches my kitchen decor perfectly. Finally my set is complete thanks to westbend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toaster. It is small and lightweight but really does the trick. It toasts evenly so you get the perfect piece each time. You can put in a relatively large piece of bread too. I would buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent quality toaster. It looks great with it's stainless steel accents. It performs wonderfully as it has a 1500-watt heating system so it can toast faster. There is a button for bagels as well as waffles. There's also a defrost button which is really helpful in defrosting frozen foods you want to toast. There's an X button which will stop the toasting cycle as well. Another nice feature is it has extra-wide, deep slots so it can easily toast those thick slices of Texas toast and bagels. Removing the toast is easier too thanks to the high-lift lever! I appreciate the safety of the auto-shut off and anti-jam features. Yet another feature I absolutely love is the slide-out crumb tray because it makes cleaning way easier! This toaster is excellent in design, well-made, and sturdy. Highly recommend!
