This is my 3rd counter top ice maker. I had to move it out of my kitchen because it is so loud. When it is cycling to make ice, it sounds like it's on it's last leg. Very disappointed!

I received this product as a gift. It worked wonderfully for about three days. Then stop producing ice at all. Reached out for warranty, and they wouldn’t honor it. Reason is it was a gift and that person is no longer available to get the proof of purchase. Buy your own risk.

First couple of batches of ice were great. Next, the ice started having hints of petroleum and it got worse. Came to the manufacturer's site for the manual to determine if it needed cleaning. The instructions/manual for the product has been removed.
