Unfortunately, this purchase has been nothing but a headache. I’m about two weeks since this was delivered and I haven’t been able to use it because the pump doesn’t work. I’ve reached out to the company numerous times and at this point they have not been very helpful in resolving the problem. I tried to get an exchange through Wayfair since this ice maker hasn’t worked at all, but Wayfair only sent me to the manufacture. At this point, I wouldn’t think of buying this ice maker again, but at this point I’m stuck. Hopefully I can get this fixed and useable.

As a busy mom of three, this nugget ice maker has been one of my favorite kitchen appliances! My kids absolutely love nugget ice, and it’s so nice to have a constant supply at home instead of making trips out just for ice. It produces soft, chewable nugget ice quickly and keeps up well with our family’s daily use. The machine is easy to operate, simple to clean, and looks great on the counter. I use it for water bottles, iced coffee, smoothies, and entertaining guests, and it has become something we use every single day. If you’re a nugget ice lover or have kids who are always asking for ice, this machine is definitely worth it. It’s convenient, reliable, and has made our daily routine just a little bit easier.

This is a good ice maker and is very quiet. It produces a lot of ice.

This is THE ice maker that I have been searching for. It's the 3rd ice maker we have purchased and the ice is not just tiny ice cubes, it's the eraser shaped ice that is made out of layers of frozen ice. This makes it so soft to chew on and so satisfying. It makes ice very quickly and is quiet. In our open floor plan we cannot hear it making ice. We will buy another one whenever this one dies.
