This beverage center looked even nicer upon arrival than I expected. I love the sleek interior and Lighting options. My only complaints are that it seems the beverage storage side of the fridge should have an additional shelf and also that the shelving design results in a lot of wasted space this side of the fridge preventing a much larger capacity of cansbeverages (See photos) also the wine racks are very right even with standard size bottles Champagne, Prosecco and large format bottles do not fit on the wine cooler side sadly. With all this said, I still believe that this was a great purchase and I am excited to order custom panels (included Panel specs that were impossible to locate prior to order) and get great use out of this Beverage cooler.

Made the mistake of thinking it came with the woodbrown panels. Awesome bev refrigerator, but disappointed that it didn’t come with any panels like it is shown.

I knew nothing about the XO brand before this refrigerator was installed. My contractor selected and purchased it as part of our kitchen project. It worked well for about three years, but since then it's been one issue after another. The first major failure was the electronic control panel, which had to be replaced. I'll give XO credit here—the replacement part was shipped quickly, and the process was straightforward. That said, it also seemed like a very common failure, which doesn't inspire confidence. The control panel itself is poorly designed. The "buttons" don't feel like actual buttons, and having to hold the power button for three seconds just to turn the unit off is unintuitive. The entire interface feels cheaply designed and prone to failure. Now the refrigerator constantly beeps, randomly shuts down, and has become a constant source of frustration. At this point, I'm done investing time and money into repairs. I expect a refrigerator—especially one at this price point—to last far longer than three years without recurring problems. I'll be removing it and replacing it with another brand. Unfortunately, I would not purchase another XO product, nor would I recommend one. The premium price simply doesn't match the quality or long-term reliability.
