According to the ZLine people I spoke with, Wayfair was NOT supposed to send me this fridge until the handles were available. Apparently ZLine doesn't even have handles to send yet? I sure don't have any, and have no idea when I might get them. This fridge SUCKS without handles. It also dents super easily. Wayfair uses "Handy" for installations, and that was hardly a good experience either. Anyway, it was delivered over a week ago, the delivery guys said "plug in immediately!", then the next day Wayfair sends a text saying "don't forget not to plug in for 24 hours!". Which is it, guys? It's not necessarily the fridge -- except that it has no handles -- it's Wayfair that makes this a terrible and chaotic purchase. The fridge is pretty, but I wouldn't buy it again, and definitely NOT from Wayfair.
