Fast delivery. Packaged with great care and arrived in perfect condition. Great quality for the price! I cannot yet attest for the installation or operation since it will not be installed until later this month or early next month. However, based on my experience with the product so far, I am not expecting any problems. I can’t wait to see it be a focal point of my newly remodeled kitchen!

We had an issue with the shipping. When we finally received it, the bottom piece was a completely different color (black stainless) and the chimney was not copper but more red. It looked like red cheeta print. As soon as we discovered this, we contacted Wayfair, who referred us to Zline. We had to send in a bunch of pics and now we are waiting. After several calls, Zline referred me back to Wayfair. It took 2 more phone calls before we received a refund.

Beautiful. Stack is for kitchen with high ceilings We have 8 ft and stack is way to long. Looking for a solution.
