This range hood IS NOT convertible. It says it is both here on Wayfair and on the ZLINE website but don’t fall for it like I did. After trying to install and talking to ZLINE customer service they confirmed themselves that this hood is not convertible. Of course Wayfair has THE WORST customer service and I’m unable to receive a refund and/or return since I’m out of 30 days. FIX THE DESCRIPTION!

Beautiful range. Lighting is positioned perfectly. It is a little loud considering the coat but I love the crown and the mirroring trim.
