I recently purchased this automated window cleaner hoping it would save time, but I ultimately had to return it due to consistent performance issues. While the unit sets up easily and adheres to the glass as advertised, the cleaning power is simply not up to standard, leaving behind visible streaks and patches of grime rather than a clear finish. The biggest frustration, however, is the navigation and cycle logic. More often than not, the device stops midway through a pane and alerts that the job is complete when half the surface hasnt even been touched. Having to repeatedly restart it and follow up with a manual wipe defeats the entire purpose of an automatic cleaner. It might work as a light duster for small, barely-dirty panes, but for thorough, hands-off window cleaning, it falls well short of expectations.
