Missing pieces defective electrical parts bed is garbage missing ill fitting parts

Bought this car bed in black. It came defective. The wires on the sides of the bed (responsible for lighting the wheels and under carriage) did not have the same connection ends and could not connect to the main wires that ultimately led to the adapter which plugs into the wall. The black wires on the side panels (as shown in the pictures) were also too short to even reach the main wires that they were supposed to connect to. Contacted Wayfair and they closed the case after a few days because I couldn’t get “clear photos” of the wires since my child’s room is not brightly lit. I’ve attached the photos we submitted, circling the two different wires that were supposed to connect together. One is clearly black and round, while the other is white and square. When we plugged it into the outlet, the remote would turn on the sound effects, but my son never got to experience the full lighting effects on the car since the side panels couldn’t be connected. The headlights turned on but stopped working with the remote after a few weeks (they remain on all the time, will not turn off with the remote, and the only way to turn the headlights on or off is to plug and unplug the bed each night). The doors also do not stay closed. He’s fallen out a few times as the door swings open with the slightest pressure. The magnets are not very strong. Wouldn’t recommend this product to other buyers. Really disappointed since we spent so much money and were excited to give him an amazing present, only to get a defective product and no help from customer service.

Within a month the magnets the hold the doors to the car broke, and cut my toddlers leg pretty bad, several inches. They ended up breaking on both sides and I had to remove them so now the doors swing open and usually stay open because of it. They always went to walk on the front of it and their foot went through it cutting them, and there’s a giant hole. This was all within a year. It also came broken (the metal had the separates/holds the side together wouldn’t hold because the wood on the inside was too damaged. I had to buy other things to reinforce and hold it together. Would never waste my money on something so expedite again.

I am very happy with this product. When my son saw the bed assembled, he was estatic. He enjoys very much sleeping in his room now because he likes his car bed so much. The whole delivery process was really smooth. I would definitely recommend this car bed to anyone thinking of purchasing it for their child.

Great car but the tire lights do not turn on. I paid for assembly service through wayfair and everything works but the tire lights. I reached out to wayfair who stated they reached out to manufacturer.
