Lit superposé double au-dessus de double avec lit gigogne Mateo

So sturdy and perfect for my two 13 year old daughters.

My kids have really enjoyed this bed, we measured before buying it but you can’t really appreciate the largeness until it’s in the room. P the set up wasn’t difficult just time consuming. I would definitely recommend this item.

I previously reviewed this purchase when it first arrived and gave it 5 stars I am changing my review. Upon opening the 7 boxes, we first found damaged headboard and footboard. That started a lengthy wait as it was now backordered. With these pieces damaged the only part we could put together was the trundle. There were no instructions for assembly of trundle but my husband is clever so did that piece. A month later the replacement parts arrived including slats which we didnt need. Halfway thru assembly we discovered one side rail was also damaged and we didnt catch it before. So another call and when confirmation email came it stated they were sending 7 different parts than we ordered. I called the same day to explain. However it takes a 2 day delay in communicating from call center to shipping department. You guessed it, they sent it anyway as well as the one piece we needed. I need to also say because of no instructions for the trundle, my husband found missing screws in the rollers. Fortunately we had so many additional parts he was able to fix. The bed is perfect for our needs. However as a long-term Wayfair customer so many screwups and waste of time and shipping cost, I am considering no longer buying anything that needs assembly.

Just about everything missed the mark. I’ve had to call in four times to get my bed delivered, after I received only slats and guard rails. The bed was marked as delivered, but it wasn’t. Now that has been sorted out I have half of a bunk bed. I do not believe I have ever been this frustrated with a companypurchase ever. Please send me the second bed, or tell me where I can return this so I can just be done with it.

Sturdy and matched the bunk bed finish perfectly.
