Product came damaged in several spots but we had already spent time putting it together. When we called to see if we could just get replacement parts for the pieces that were damaged we were told the manufacturer wouldn't do that and they wanted to send a new bed. I'm disappointed by this as removing the bed that was already partly assembled would have been such a headache and it's not like they would have taken it away for us. They have me a very small return but honestly, it wasn't worth it AT ALL. I do not recommend.
