The slide broke off 2 months later

Amazing. Took my husband 4 hours to build on his own but the kids love it and it seems sturdy

I was not sure what to expect other than a metal frame bed however this met and exceeded my expectations. It was fairly easy to put the bed together by myself the only pain point was putting the slats in. I struggled to keep the sides of the bed up as I put the slats in and tightened the screws. Sometimes the slats would fall as I tightened. Eventually I got it all together. Not all rods for the slats are the same and the instructions don’t say that. The instructions can be a little vague. When putting the top bunk together it shows the picture of the first steps but it doesn’t exactly tell you which screws goes where exactly. There is a diagram with lines for the screws pointing everywhere. It was a little confusing. Also there is a right side and wrong side to the bottom bunk because the bottom of ladder screws into the bottom bunk. I didn’t know this until the end however it all snapped into place and is sturdy without the screws. One of the holes did not line up properly so I couldn’t fit the screw in but it didn’t make or break using the bed. It didn’t affect its integrity. You also can choose what side of the bed you want to place the slide and ladder the hole for the ladder are in both sides on the bottom bunk if you have it set up the right way. I thought the slide would be plastic but it’s a metal slide. Well clothes kids will move very fast down the slide. I love that its metal makes it super sturdy. My kids love the bed. They wrapped some Christmas lights around the top to help light their bed at night.

Gift for my grandchildren and they love it.

Love the bunk bed. Slide is too steep though.
