The first one I received arrived damaged, then they sent me a replacement and it was a completely different one, neither the color nor the model that I had ordered, I reported it, but I had already paid enough for it to pay more to have them come pick it up. They didnt give me a solution.

I ordered the dresser and chest of drawers (same manufacturer, color and style, just different types). This dresser delivered damaged although the outside packaging was fine. The back of the dresser was partially crushed and one drawer was completely detailed, inaccessible, and unuseable. We had to remove the back (many screws and staples) to access the drawer, fix the slider track to put drawer back in for use, and reattach the back. Ive ordered several things from Wayfair, but these are the first larger higher cost items. Lesson learned for us next time well go into a furniture store.

The first one arrived damaged but Wayfair was able to provide a replacement fairly quickly. The 2nd one had some drawers that did not close well but my daughter was able to fix the problem. It is a sturdy unit and is appealing to look at. My granddaughter was thrilled.

I’m going to be honest with you, don’t buy this. I went through two delivery attempts to get a dresser that wasn’t damaged. I purchased because it was assembled. Now I’m never going to buy another large piece of assembled furniture that isn’t hand delivered by the company. The issue is that the piece isn’t packed securely with enough padding so that pieces are broken and chipped in transit. It’s a great looking dresser too. However, the drawers are not on smooth gliding tracks. It’s not made very nicely. Do yourself a favor, buy a cheaper but better quality dresser that needs assembling and pay for the assembling. I think I’ll end up doing that and paying the same. Wayfair customer service was good refunding.
