I previously made a review on a similar bed that we got from my son. My husband opened this package earlier today and it was cracked at the top end and I sent in pictures and made a complaint. Following him opening the rest of the package, there was a piece on the bottom that was chipped that you could tell that somebody tried to glue back together. On top of that, there was a long piece on the other side that was not even the correct piece, that you could tell was curved and bent. This is a serious safety concern and I am utterly disgusted. I am requesting a full refund. I cannot believe something like this left the facility. The back board is bent and it’s not safe.
