I picked this pillow based on the great reviews. BUT in my opinion the pillow is not comfortable for my toddler. It's not as soft and it does come with a smell. I'm sure if you air it out for a few days it should be fine. the size is good for my toddler but its hard for her. and its not comfortable. it does not form to the head. It feel and looks like something thats for back support when sitting up.
